Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GRID42's services at grid42.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

GRID42 provides regulatory judgment infrastructure including diagnostic assessments (The Scaffold), knowledge content (The Cubelets), and verifiable credentials (The Passport). Services are provided on a metered or subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

3. Metered Billing

Metered services are billed per completed outcome — not per API call. A diagnostic session includes all interactions within that session. You are billed only when scoring completes. Free tier allocations reset monthly.

4. CubeletCore License

CubeletCore substrate is licensed and read-only. The no-fork constraint applies to all deployments, connected or air-gapped. SHACL structural constraints travel with the substrate and must not be modified or removed.

5. Verifiable Credentials

Credentials issued by The Passport conform to W3C VC 2.0 specifications. GRID42 acts as credential issuer (did:web:euler.center). Credentials are issued to you and are portable — we do not restrict where you present them.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse-engineer the diagnostic engine, attempt to extract training data, or misrepresent credentials issued by the platform. Automated access must use the documented MCP API with valid OAuth 2.1 + PKCE authentication.

7. Limitation of Liability

GRID42 provides diagnostic assessments and simulations for professional development. Assessment results are not a substitute for official certification examinations. We are not liable for certification outcomes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
